Jeffrey W. Stoeber Financial Services P.A. is seeking an individual
who is experienced in marketing Long Term Care insurance through seminar
selling. Job requires knowledge of contracts from various insurance carriers
and knowledge concerning state and federal regulations and programs pertaining
to Long Term Care.
You will working in a life/ltc brokerage firm and will be responsible
for educating, bringing in new clients, working with agents with all
aspects of ltc experience and knowledge. Good telephone skills and proactive
marketing required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and present comprehensive seminars on Long Term
Care series.
- Responsible for driving Seminar Event attendance
- Evaluate lead follow up system and implement improvement to ensure
that all leads are collected and contacted for appropriate follow up.
- Book all Seminar / Event resources, such as location, handouts, incentive
items, special equipment, guest speakers, etc.
- Monitor Seminar / Event costs to ensure event meets estimate requirements
- Work with management on location selection, size, strategy, theme
and other event content.
- Communicate with the Firm Clients.
- Perform other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years commission based sales experience in Seminars preferably
- Highly motivated self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
with minimum supervision
- Excellent written communication and telephone skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Superior speaking, Presentation and Sales skills along with a background
in Business experience a plus!
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience
- Candidates must have a Life, Health, Variable Annuities Licenses as
well as a Series 7 General Securities license.
